Victory Golden Hop Ticket Saturday, October 11th through Saturday, October 18th, Decatur!

Hold your breath, make a wish and count to three… because a golden ticket is coming to Decatur and it awaits thee!  A little creative license perhaps, but starting Saturday October 11th through the following Saturday we’ll be celebrating with Victory Brewing Willy Wonka style.  No, not candy you see, but beer, with not one ticvictoryket but three!  We’ll have three of Victory’s “Hop Ticket” series of beer available for growlers & flights and every growler fill will get you a chance to win the Victory Golden Ticket and a bucket filled with Victory beers, swag and thankfully no snozzberries.  We’ll have their Hop Ticket Hoppy Wheat, Dry Hopped Pils and Noble IPA.  Try one or try them all and if you win be sure to answer our call!!

Reformation Brewery beer tasting @ Barrington Hall Saturday, October 18th, Roswell!

That’s right, it’s time for another trip to historic Barrington Hall in Roswell for our wildly successful series of beer tastings and on Saturday, October 18th at 7pm and we’ll be toasting with one of GA’s newest breweries, Reformation Brewery.  Reformation calls Woodstock, GA home and has the distinction of being GA’s first brewery to produce a year round Belgian Dubbel and Triple.  reformation

Quite a notch in the bible belt if you ask us.  In addition to the aforementioned Cadence (Dubbel) and Providence (Triple) we’ll be pouring their Atlas, an American IPA as well as their newest beer, Stark, an American Porter.  Barrington-Hall

And our good friends from Happy Hour Confections will be concocting a speciHappyHoural dessert to pair with each beer.  Tickets are a mere $20 and you’ll be able to take home an Ale Yeah! or Reformation pint glass to boot.  Details from the bakery to follow and we’re putting the finishing touches on the food vendor, but call the shop today @ 770.992.2246 to secure your tickets before they sell out.

Epic pumpkin carving and the return of the Ale Yeah! Randle, Friday, October 24th Decatur!

Like peanut butter and chocolate, beer and coffee have often been compatible bedfellows.  Why it took us so long to put the two together into one awesome venue however is a great mystery but thankfully Jonathan and company over at Taproom have done just that.  A coffee shop that also has an awesome tap list, pastries and snacks from fantastic Atlanta eateries, all that remains is an air mattress and a large flatscreen and perhaps we would never leave.  On second thought…

And it’s a natural fit for Ale Yeah! and Taproom to form an alliance and with Halloween approaching we have carved out something for kids of all ages.  In hatching this brilliant plan we’re gonna dust off an old friend, the Ale Yeah! Randle.  This beer infusing device is now reserved for special events and this seems one worthy of it’s awesomeness.  On Friday, October 24th we’ll be tapping a keg of Terrapin’s Pumpkin Fest and randalling their Counter Culture Coffee through it, creating what we believe will be a revolution to the pumpkin/marzen world.

Grab a growler of this delicious concoction and head over to Taproom from 6-9pm for a pumpkin carving contest.  For $20 you’ll get a pumpkin, proper carving utensils and a drink ticket.  There will be door prize giveaways from Terrapin and Ale Yeah! and fret not, this event is not just for the big kids.  Taproom will have drink specials for the little ones as well.  Space is limited so contact the folks over at Taproom today to secure your spot @ 404.464.5435.
